The 2025 Tax Update CPD session will be hosted in two parts (two hours each). This event will explore the pertinent developments in the South African tax landscape over the past year including legislative changes and case law that affects personal income tax, corporate income tax, VAT and other taxes. Some of the topics include input tax (VAT) prescription, amendment to the transfer pricing exclusion in section 7C of the Income Tax Act and the amendment to the section 6quat foreign tax rebate in relation to foreign capital gains.
