This webinar focuses on the critical role of ethics in the accountancy profession, with a particular emphasis on the IESBA (International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants) Code of Ethics. Participants will gain an in-depth understanding of the key principles governing ethical behaviour, recent amendments to the IESBA Code, and how to apply these standards in real-world scenarios.
The session combines theoretical discussions with interactive exercises that allow participants to engage with common ethical dilemmas faced by accountants.
This will also highlight the professional bodies responsibilities when members are found guilty of unethical behaviour
